- REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
As we provide paid service of publication, we need to follow the Cancellation & Return Policy, so that we do not go under any losses. So these are some Cancellation & Return Policies of DOLPHIN GROUP OF PUBLICATION, which you have to follow when you are coming under our contract.
Like any other publisher, we have something different form of cancellation and refund policy. We do not only apply for cancellation and refund from the client but also if any mishappening caused from our side.
So, DOLPHIN GROUP OF PUBLICATION with two types of cancellation policies, one is Service Cancellation Policy which is usually for Authors and another one is especially for DOLPHIN GROUP OF PUBLICATION . which is a product cancellation policy. This policy will apply when any mistake is done by our Publication house.
- Service Cancellation Policy:
Our publishing services cancellation policy states that any order cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full after deducting the processing charge.
If an order is cancelled within 3 days of placing the order and no work has commenced then only 50% of the service order amount will be refunded.
- Product Cancellation Policy:
Under the Product Cancellation policy. Cancellation of the product will be done if the product ordered is defective or in any way damaged from our side, then in this case a full refund or replacement of the order will be made.
- Though the guarantee of this policy does not extend to:
- In case the product is used
- If the product is damaged at the receivers end
- If proof of buying the product can not be identified
- Refund Policy:
The refund policy of DOLPHIN GROUP OF PUBLICATION is quite simple and straight to understand. At any stage, if you feel that you have received the wrong and unsatisfactory product even after your concert, we are ready to give a suitable refund for our service.
Once we receive the proof of the damaged and the order placed is confirmed, the money is wired with the same will get back to you within seven working days. For further proceeding, you can be asked to provide us required bank details or any information needed to transfer the respective amount to you.
